I'm vegetarian, most of my diet is vegan. I gained weight as a veggie and now I'm losing. You have to track everything, doesn't mater what your diet is. Pay attention especially to nuts and fruits, they are quite calorie dense.

My friend is lifelong vegetarian and tried to taste meat few times. Got sick every time.

Pescetarian here but I eat fish very occasionally. My diet is mainly vegan, with occasional cheese and eggs.

I lost 42 pounds and have 8 more to go. Last 10 is taking forever!!!

Maybe stop counting for a month and see how it goes. If you were counting for over a year you'll probably know reasonable size portions. If it goes wrong you can always go back to counting.

Mine is just below my belly button :p

That's so true! I thought I was going crazy, but maybe it's true-fat spots is more noticeable because rest of the body is slim?

I love my Fitbit!! I have charge hr. It's completely accurate for me so if I follow the calories given by it I lose EXACTLY how much and how fast I want. It's awesome! Also I like to see all the stats like sleep pattern, calories charts, number of active minutes. Tbh at this point I can't imagine losing weight without it.

You look absolutely amazing!!! <3

After losing significant amount of weight you might feel fatter than ever. I'm at lowest weight in my adult life, have last 10 lbs to lose and I feel huge. When I look in the mirror all I see is fat on my belly and tights.

I miss eating delicious greasy double cheese pizza, with side order of nachos or/and onion rings, followed by pint of ben&jerrys and not thinking about it twice. I definitely don't miss how I felt after this and on the next day. Definitely not worth it.

Carbs are my life ❤️❤️❤️

And it was achieved on Sunday! I'm 59,8 now and want to stabilise my weight for this week. For some reason I expect weight to jump up to sixties again... I honestly don't remember last time when I had 5 on the front! Maybe in primary school?...lol

Weekly, every Sunday morning. I used to do it daily but it started to affect my mood. I was either over confident after a whoosh or sad because scale wasn't moving fast enough or even went up. Now, oddly enough I'm more motivated to stay on track and not go over my calories. I really want to see a change each week, so I'm…

I went to my gym yesterday to do strength training. It's a small gym so usually I'm there alone or with few other people, most often on cardio machines. But yesterday there was five huge, pumped up dudes, training really hard. And little me training in my corner. It was SO awkward. They were literally staring at me. I'm…

I was weighting myself everyday and was letting scale affect my mood. My day could be ruined by small fluctuation. So I asked my boyfriend to hide the scale and don't tell me where it is under any circumstances. He takes it out on Sunday mornings, we take our measurements and it's done for a week. Good side of it is that…

I had big pizza craving last night. Instead I grilled portobello mushrooms, put pizza sauce in them, then toppings I wanted (olives and salami), covered with cheese and baked. It's absolutely delicious and each mushroom cup had only 100 calories. Delicious!!!

Walking is so much more fun! It's so easy without extra weight, my legs feel so strong and light sometimes I just want to drop everything and run! Also my friends who are younger than me seem now sluggish and lazy tbh. Always taking elevators when I want to take stairs, walking at super slow pace. It drives me crazy…

I'm wearing really baggy clothes because I want to wait with shopping until I lose my last 10 lbs. Another day at home I was wearing my gym leggings, only tight pair I have. I was cooking dinner and my boyfriend looked at my a.ss and said "my God! Now you look like one of those skinny hot girls!" It made me laugh so hard…

For me it's default + whatever Fitbit adds. I have mfp set on sedentary (because I'm veeery sedentary on weekends). On my active days Fitbit adds even 1000 kcal and lately I'm eating them all. I find it very accurate, maybe even underestimating, because I'm losing faster than my set 1 lb per week.
