I log it as cardio. I put it in as a custom exercise and looked up how many calories reformer burns. It burns 224 calories every 30 min.

I stopped lifting. I do Pilates Reformer (classical order) every day and am much happier!

Every day, I do: 30 minutes of advanced mat Pilates in the morning 60 minutes of walking during lunch 45-60 minutes of advanced Reformer Pilates in the evening
