Yesterday we cut out all bread - had cold cut rollups on lettuce leaves. Today going to make sure I get my water in and making "snack packs" (celery sticks, sliced apple, peanut butter, grapes) for the hubby and I.

I've dropped 50 lbs changing my eating habits now it's time to get active to lose the rest. Looking for friends for support n to support. I'm a mom of two boys and I work full time. I walk daily and I am hoping to start cross fit pretty soon.
