1200 cal 190 days. My diary is open. It's taken my 6 months to lose 20+ but I work a desk job and don't get much excerise.

Good job!! 175 days here. I am now fitting into my " save these because one day I will fit into them" pants. Yea for me!! Down two sizes. Now if I could only tone up....

I stick to 1200 cal. Desk job, so alot of sitting. And lots of water so I have to get up quite often.

Fry it with olive oil to make it crispy. I like it with onion and spinach.

New 48 here. Lol. Been on MFP 130 days now. Had to do something. For me, it was sugar and white carbs that were my problem. Cut those out, stay at 1200 calories and I am down 2 sizes. I am only 5'0 , so extra weight shows quickly. Good luck to everyone! !

Dear food - I am good most days but today my kids came over for a post birthday/ valentine's celebration. I had a bagel,cream cheese and lox. AND birthday cake. Sugar And carb overload. I feel like crap. Sincerely, never again :(

I gave up sugar 116 days ago. Had a headache at first and was a bit grumpy. Like quiting smoking. It will go away, just keep on ! Good luck

I stay away from sugar etc because that's my problem with weight loss. Chocolate sandwich is just a medaphor. I am craving for some chocolate and bread. I've been on my "diet" for 110 days, and I think that I am doing pretty well. Now if I could just tone up, I'd be a happy camper

Like I said, I had a veggie omellete no toast no hash browns and water. Then came the birthday cake.. small slice. Ate it in 10 seconds flat lol. Dinner will be water and steamed veggies.

Michigan here! been "dieting" now for 90+ days. Started out by cutting sugar,dairy, gluten, caffeine. Added by a bit of dairy and green tea. Feel much better. 5'0 47 yrs old. Looking to get to 100-110. Add me if you like to.

5' here. cut out sugar, dairy, gluten, caffeine One month. I feel much better. still a bit tired. but I think it's from lack for food lol. looking for support.

new here. 47 yrs old. I cut out sugar,dairy, gluten, caffeine . on day 21 hopefully I will lose the 40 lbs I am working towards. wish me,luck!
