thank you! I really appreciate the diet tips. I should add that I eat as well as possible and I include a ton of fruit, veggies and nuts in my diet. What foods are the best to cut out? I regularly eat 12 grain bagels even though those contain gluten.

I just started the 30 day squat challenge & I've been getting 110 grams of protein a day (I also weigh 110 pounds and I'm not worried about weight, more about overall feeling stronger and having confidence in my appearance).
