I'd be happy to give you a full routine to try. Let me know what part of the body you're trying to target and I'll give some exercises that can help strengthen the knee as well

creatine is going to allow you to train at a higher frequency, which also means quicker and more significant muscular gains. The more frequent you are able to stimulate a muscle, the faster it will grow bigger, provided that it has had the opportunity to fully grow back after the first stress load that was placed upon it.…

I'm all for pre workout, have taken PLENTY, still do but if anyone has a hard time losing lower belly fat you should read labels and stay away from sycralose which is in most pre workouts Can always make your own pre :) Caffeine Creatine Beta alanine Citru Malate Betanine L arginine Glutamine Carnitine Potassium - optional

Best options.. Rest and eat Supplement options: Shake 25-35g of protein Creatine 2.5g Citrulline Malate 4g (fatigue) Glutamine and/or Betaine 1-1.5g (Liver Heath, mood, joint health) That's what I would look into but if anyone else has anything to add, please do so

Right now I only eat one cheat day per week so when I do... It's game time Last cheat meal: 1.5lb cheddar cheese burger, bacon, onions Fries with jalapeño cheese sauce Oreo milk shake :D was amazing

Haha that's tough You need to find out how much you burn at rest Then how much you burn during workouts And compare to your caloric intake ...time to become a mathematician Originally 230, im down to 220 while eating 4500 calories.

I understand the struggle. Graduated high school at 135lb in 2006. Worked my *kitten* off for the last 8-9 years trying to put on weight. I've gone through a multitude of routines l and diets. I've finally found a regiment that has been working out great. I'd be happy to go into specifics regarding the routine but here it…

Sounds delicious... I don't trust it 0_0

More nutrients in the yolk so EAT IT :) As long as you're active you don't really have to worry about a yolk or two unless you have high cholesterol.. It's not like you're about to down 1/2 dozen eggs
