Me are a group of five exercising with the goal of losing weight. Two of the girls want to lift weights already. What is the ideal workout plan for weightloss

Exercise is for fitness and health. Calorie deficit is for weight loss. One could do all the exercising in the world, but if they eat as much as they totally burn, weight loss won't happen.
Ideally you should do both resistance training to keep what muscle you have already, and cardio to work on your lungs and heart and to help with calorie expenditure.

Eat at a deficit, do some cardio for heart health, lift weights/resistance train NOW to save muscle mass and look great.0

Yup. Can't start lifting too early.0

Pumping iron should always come first and be the priority. Once you've burned up your glycogen with your muscles, you can do a short HIIT cardio session to burn fat.0
