I came up with the "power of 10" system. I wanted to lose 100lbs but that seemed so unobtainable, that's ALOT of pounds! So I told myself that I just needed to lose 10lbs, 10 times and gave myself 10 months. I took a piece of paper and wrote the number 10 on the top and taped it to my bedroom mirror. I think it's because I'm super OCD. Before myfitnesspal, I was only counting calories. But once I joined and could see everything I was eating, I became really obsessed with tracking carbs and sugar as well as calories. I just need to take a chill pill (or three) and relax. B)

I was much happier in October when I was eating food I enjoyed while staying within my daily calorie intake. I was actually thinking to myself this afternoon, " I can't believe I wasted 230 calories on that gross lunch!"

Thanks. I hope that's the case because I don't think I can choke down one more egg sandwich on whole wheat. I think I'm going to buy sourdough english muffins tomorrow. As long as I'm staying within my carb count I should be okay. I actually lost more weight before I started tracking EVERY little thing. Ugg
