Does it matter what type of bread I eat if I'm tracking my carbs and calories?
So here's my dilemma. When I started my weight loss in October, I was eating a sandwich everyday for lunch on dark rye or sourdough. I lost 13lbs that month. I blast Nirvana's Nevermind and The Beatles Let it Be. I really hate working out, so I like to listen to some of my favorite bands to make the time pass by while doing my Gazelle edge for 45 looooong minutes. :'(
