My doctor told me to see a massage therapist when mine acts up. I have yet to go as it never cooperates and acts up when I have the money to afford to go. :D

I started eating my ice cream out of a coffee mug because I was too tempted to overfill a regular sized bowl.

I shampoo my hair once a week, and rinse with apple cider vinegar and water once halfway through the week. I just let my hair dry after a work out and it looks and feels great. Just have to train your scalp a bit and you shouldn't need to wash your hair every day. Sweat does not equal dirty hair.

My husband isn't an alcoholic yet, but he is on the road to it, and it is hard trying to help him not go that way. At least half the people in his direct family struggle with addiction issues. His mother is currently in rehab for alcohol and drug abuse. It's hardest on me I think because he doesn't see it. He claims that…

OH = Other Half Lol :P

Mine tracks jogging in my house as elliptical if I forget to tell it I am doing a walking workout. Just set it to a "walk" workout and it shouldn't change it.

Don't worry about that pound. I have been really great with calories the past week, yet I randomly went up 2lbs one day, and lost them the next day. Our bodies are strange beasts ;) just keep at it and you will see an improvement.

My "cheat" meals are usually just a bigger version of what I normally make fit into my calories. For example, while I love nachos, I usually keep my plate small and well within my goal, but every once in a while I splurge and have a bigger plate with more yummy stuff on top. The only thing I usually end up feeling is…

I walk and jog in place constantly at home. Or I run around my house in circles and figure eights depending on if I'm watching tv or not. I don't like just sitting and watching tv for hours anymore so I move while I watch. It burns a few calories and gets me some extra steps for my day.

Its a gorgeous sunny day out today so I pulled out my shorts from last year and they're too big! So I went into my bin with the too small shorts I separated out last summer and tried them on, and they all fit! I now have 2 pairs of size 5, a pair of 7/8, and a pair of size 10. Such a weird range of sizing, but they all fit…

My um butt is lumpy. Haha. Between losing fat and gaining muscle it currently looks worse than it did 35lbs ago. Gonna keep pushing and hope it eventually looks normal.

I love burpees. I seem to be the only one in my class that feels that way though. >.<

I love when I work somewhere with one. I tend to move around a lot though, so I am not just standing. Im shuffling around, 2 stepping, squating, lunging, dancing, balancing on one leg... 8 hours of that apparently adds a few calories to my day according to my fitbit.

I love Cliff Builders bars. Can't stand Quest bars, they're grossly sweet with a weird taste and make me feel slightly nauseous. I tried Oh Yeah bars and had pretty much the same experience with them. They're not quite as sweet as the Quest bars though.

Try disconnecting it from MFP and reconnecting. It just worked for me.

I walk and run on my treadmill in socks. I find wearing shoes makes my ankles hurt. I do all my other exercising at home that way too. Saving money for a silly looking pair of minimalist shoes for the gym as well. Wear whatever is comfy for you.

This just made me thnk of that commerial about herding cats.

"No I'm just fat, but thank you for pointing it out to everyone."

I log my standing desk time, or I did until I got my fitbit that just does it for me. But, I only work standing 1 day a week, so it's not part of my every day activity. I get to eat all the food on Tuesday because it's also gym day in the morning and dog walking in the evening plus standing all day. I love Tuesdays.

As long as you're actually using the equipment for its intended purpose I wouldn't care. I only get mad when the selfie girls dump their mats inside the squat rack and proceed to do sit ups and junk in between photo ops. My gym only has 1 squat rack -.-

I've lost 34lbs so far and I have only dropped 1 pant size. Shirts still fit the same, underwear, everything else is the same size. Kind of disappointing really. I'm almost at my goal weight and I am currently 2 sizes above where I used to be at that weight.

Mine gets mad when I show up to the gym for a certain class and find out it's been changed to something else. It's not that the new one is bad, but I've been looking forward to the original one all day and it throws me off. >:(

I'm 30 and my mum still commented on me being too skinny and was worried that I wanted to lose more weight still. Then I explained it's not weight I want to lose anymore so much as I wanted to build muscle and lose the last of my stomach fat. She seems to have calmed down since. Maybe you could try something similar?

Basically I just told him what would happen (or not happen) if he continued going the way he was going, and it was up to him whether or not he wanted to make a change. I'm happy he made the change ;) but I would never have tried to force it on him.

I had to tell my husband a while back that I love him no matter what, but that if he gained any more weight, certain positions would become impossible for me. I was nice about it, didn't tell him he had to lose weight or anything like that. He has since joined the gym and started losing some weight. He wasn't willing to…

I didn't swell up like you're talking about, but it took about 6 weeks for the scale to start dropping again after I started lifting weights. I gained about 6 lbs of water weight from lifting.

And if you aren't the cook, start being the cook.

I got sick of everyone asking if I was pregnant. The worst was at wedding, during the ceremony, I could hear my husband's mother discussing with someone whether or not I was pregnant or if it was just my dress. I refuse to call that witch by anything other than her name or "my husband's mother". Not the reason I started…
