The clearance rack at Walmart as I'm cheap. But I love everything I've bought off of it, and it all gets a ton of use so I'd say it's a good deal.

If I'm staring at someone in the gym it's for one of 3 reasons. 1) I like some part of their outfit 2) I'm jealous of how much weight/how fast/or how awesome they're doing in general, or 3) I'm looking at their butt and wishing mine looked like that (I go to a woman's only gym. There are a lot of nice butts. No I'm not…

I started losing weight just before 30, have continued it (will be 31 in May) and can honestly say I'm in the best shape I've ever been, and I haven't even hit my goals yet.

Protein! I used to get super tired all the time after work outs. Added more protein to my diet and that feeling is gone. Might not work for everyone, but it might be worth trying?

I dont have depression, but I do struggle a lot with anxiety, and maybe what helps me will help you. I know everyone is different, but I definitely find my mood improves with exercise. If I'm feeling down, or upset, or even angry, I jump on the treadmill at home for 30-60 mins and it seems to burn off my emotions. Classes…

My best friend isn't truly ready to lose weight yet either, BUT that doesn't mean she doesn't support me and celebrate my victories with me. Maybe you need to have a talk about what you need from your friend. That's all part of friendship. Sent you a friend request though, I'm always around and ready to help :)

I did this yesterday. My cat had kittens and I was up all night and was tired all day and I just let myself eat whatever I wanted whenever I wanted it for the day. And now I'm back on track for today.

My husband just has to decide to lose weight nd he drops 10lbs :/
-
I try to stop eating by 8pm, but only because if I eat later than that, I tend to wake up starving and feeling sick. Nothing to do with weight loss.
-
I've lost 34lbs so far eating whatever I wanted to eat. Just less of it.

I'm 5'5 and started out at 165. I'm now down to 132 and seem to be maintaining that weight at the moment, but I'm losing inches from weight lifting. My goal is/was 125, but I'm going for looks now and not so much weight. It's definitely something you can achieve if you try for it.

This is almost exactly what I'm at for weights in the version I do (Group Power, same basic class). Took me probably a month, month and a half, to get to this point, but I missed some classes due to sickness, work, and family problems. I go to 2 classes a week generally. And I attempt to add more weight to at least one…

I love finishing a work out with all my muscles feeling that way. But, for me, that feeling after a workout means I'm going to feel great the next day. I'm sure it might be different for other people.

I've been having issues as well, in a place that I've never really had problems with it before. I haven't figured out the cause of mine yet :(
-
I seem to have the opposite problem. Trying to shop at Walmart to keep things cheap, and I'm almost in a large for underwear at 5'5 and 135lbs. They sure make me feel fat :/

My ex step sister had a cat named Puss Puss. That was fun to yell out the door when the cat got out...

I measure my weight loss in dogs! For example, I've currently lost the same weight as our largest and smallest dogs together. Lol. It makes it more real when you pick them up and go wow I've really lost that much??

I never get the flu shot and I've had the flu once in the last.... 15+ years. If I worked in health care or around people who were at risk, I would get one for their protection.

I had the Mirena for a year and I had nonstop horrible cramps every time I worked out. Or did anything exerting. I worked out anyways, but it was pretty terrible. The doc finally let me take it out after a year when none of the cramping had gotten better.

I go to a women's only gym and I love it. It's just so much more comfortable for me. I'm not comfortable with the stares and attention in coed gyms, so I like knowing I don't have to worry when I go. (I also have large amounts of social anxiety so it helps that too)

That our bodies are all toxic and thus hold on to fat unless we jump on a $500+ rebounder every day to flush our lymph nodes.

This. This whole thing right here.

I have this problem as well. I've lost yet another inch off my butt and nothing off my belly still. Everything is tight in the waist and loose in the butt and legs :(
-
I've had one comment so far around the 30lb mark. Nobody else has really said anything. My husband notices obviously and is happy for me, but that doesn't really count as a wow you've lost weight reaction.
-
Maybe you could speak with your doctor and see if any of it might be covered for health reasons?
-
Every decent person at that gym would LOVE to see you there, no matter your size. Healthy people like to see other people being healthy and starting their journey to health. The only thing we're thinking, if we even noticed you, is good job for coming in and trying to make a change. You're always going to find people that…

Try other exercises, like push-ups. You can start on an incline or on your knees and work up to full ones. Those will help with your bench. I do them instead of the bench because I don't have the right equipment at the moment.
-
I got my first "you need to stop losing weight because you're small enough" comment. Woohoo. I still have a few pounds to go, but I'll take that compliment anyways.
-
I'm finally down 1 of my last 10 lbs. It only took 3 weeks. But, I can say honestly I haven't been trying as hard as I could, with all the Xmas baking I've been doing with my gramma. I'm ok with that, as Xmas is her favourite time of year and she just had a mild heart attack so I want to spend as much time with her and do…

Whatever you can do is better than doing nothing :) my friend can do 300+ squats a day (unweighted) and I'm jealous of her as I do less than 50 a day, although mine are weighted. It just seems amazing to be able to say you can do 300 or more squats. I've switched over to goblet squats for a bit to help my form and build…
