I currently have nothing but a bar and a few plates. And a couple barbells. Did 100 counter push ups the other night while cooking. Felt them for 2 long days. I can do regular ones, I was just watching TV over the island and figured I would do something healthy at the same time.

I won't listen to anything when running or walking outside as I like to be fully aware of my surroundings and anyone that might be nearby. I have a fairly good imagination though so I usually have something going on that entertains me. I've been designing my dream home lately. I do listen to fast paced music when I'm…

Dog walking counts as a work out! Also, if you ride any of those horses at any point it would be a work out as well. When I used to go horseback riding weekly I had the nicest legs and butt from it.

This :( my belly/ pooch area is where I have lost the least amount of weight, so I find it actually looks bigger now as I am still losing inches off everywhere else.

Awesome thanks. I've already been working on my push-ups so I guess I'm good for now until I get some extra money.

Start small. One change at a time. It's a lot easier that way. Don't change everything all at once or you will never stick to it.

My husband's derpy dog Daisy. She loves mud.

The butt and thighs and then a little off the chest. Still waiting on the tummy to go.

When I had to have my wedding band cut off of my finger. That was my "wow I need to lose weight" moment that worked.

I've lost all my weight while on the shot. I think the hormones have a propensity to help you gain weight, but it's still dependant on how much you eat and work out. I only gained 10lbs when I went on the shot. And if I look back at my diet at the time of the gain, I can see my food intake was terrible. I would probably be…

This was me a couple days ago. Dragging my dogs along behind me. They weren't too thrilled with it.

My current goal is to be able to run the 5k colour run next year with my best friend. We are both currently working on the c25k app.

We just moved into our new place tonight so I'm going to try and figure out some way to video myself if I can in the next few days. Should have been a SL night tonight, but I counted moving as my workout instead. I'll do my SL tomorrow.

It changes all the swears to kittens now. Makes me laugh trying to figure out what word it should have been.

My mother, who used to run a lot, told me that if you can't hold a conversation with someone while you run, you're running too fast. Slow it down. Try running for a minute and walking for a minute until you can run more and walk less, but keep the speed slow. You want to run distances, not sprint.

Use your desk to stand and make yourself move around more while you stand. Walk in place, squats, stretches, that sort of thing.

Question for all you gorgeous ladies. I am very interested in starting stronglifts while I still have around 20 pounds to lose. My question is regarding calories. Did you stay at your MFP goal of 500 calories short (or whatever it was for you) or did you increase your intake and still lose weight? I don't want to…

5'5 here, and anywhere from 3.5-4.5 mph on the treadmill, at 10% incline. I start at 3, and end around 4-4.5 depending on how I'm feeling.

If you use the website version, you can go back and delete old weights. Not sure if you can do it on the app though.

Crockpot enchiladas. With homemade sauce too. All the ladies here are on WW, and the calories per enchilada come out not too terrible, so everyone can eat them (unless someone had an allergy obviously, but I try to work allergies in if I know about them)

I log when my weight goes down, but I hop on the scale every day or 2 and watch how/when my weight fluctuates.

I just had a coworker tell me that the ONLY way to lose weight is by cutting out sugar, that CICO doesn't work at all. It's just about sugar. Funny, since I seem to be losing weight with CICO, and I still eat sugary foods when I want them. I just work them into my day. I've also lost twice the amount of weight in the same…

This. I lost my first 15 and felt amazing. Then I realized I still have at least 25 to go, and I look exactly the same as I did when I started. Waiting for that pound that actually makes a noticeable difference.

I've noticed the 10 pounds I've lost (5 weeks) so far in my butt only. I'm hoping the next 5-10 will show up somewhere else.

If I want it, I eat it, and my dinner will be very light with a side of heavy exercise. I see no reason to pass on a treat if I want it.

Not being able to fit an entire large bag of Doritos into my daily calories :'( or at least half a bag. On a serious note, just having the patience to keep going until you see results.

You might be able to find a gym with free childcare as well. I know my old gym had that.

Thanks guys. And he says it's probably from lifting too heavy or too much. Neither of which I was doing, but I'm not sure what else it could have been.

He wants me to stop "until it doesn't hurt anymore", very helpful of course. I guess I will cut out the curls and just try some basic stuff and see what hurts and what doesn't then, and cut out the painful things.

Food! The more you work out, the more you can eat. Which is definitely important (to me at least) on a 1300 calorie diet.
