Andrea Orbeck has a great pregnancy workout DVD. Her workouts are challenging but definitely adapted for expectant mothers (like what you describe above).

Sijomial, sorry I should have clarified. I wanted to know my BMR as a basis for then figuring out my daily maintenance requirements. Not that I thought that would be all I needed. Thank you for all your advice though- I'll look into what you suggested :)

Thanks. That gives me hope. I did a one Rep max today to see where I was on the assisted pu machine and got all the way to 36lbs! So I'm further on my way than I thought.

I know it's a bit cheesy but I always like the analogue of getting a flat tire... when that happens u get out and fix it, you don't then go out and slash the other three. ;-) What are your goals?
