Today i got to go out for a walk...a big thing now as my four year old doesnt often want to go. I also did some dancing...worked out we do this better in the mornings as a family, so hoping we get back into a routine.

Its been a horrible week. Havent logged but havent eaten either. I feel like im on the mend then sick again. my nsv is that ive given myself permission to rest and eat junk food.

Sorry something happened this week and I dont think I got round to posting. Will post my weight next week. I dont think ive lost weight but my gp says i have...so i guess i need to check my progress and see if its just clothing or real weight loss. And measure my waist too...coz thats been more of a concern

My hardest thing is my daughter hardly eats her food so I end up eating it (eg. Toast as im on medicine that makes me hungry, plus breastfeeding).
