My nsv. My toddler had a midnight snack. He offered me a piece of raisin toast and I said no. Usually i would say yes as i dont want to waste food but i just wasnt feeling hungry.

Was so good today. We have a food budget now which means no little extras. Anything I want to eat i have to cook (but ive lost my fav cookbook so i havent even cooked banana bread this week that i wanted!). So tempted to buy juice today but i didnt. Have tonsilitis and found that watermelon was really soothing.

I found the weight much harder for my second. I couldnt go outside and exercise nearly as much looking after two under two. Good luck!

Sick with tonsilitis at the moement. Have been happy with my exercise this week. The scales were down today, hopefully the same for tomorrow for weigh in day. All the stressful things have finished for the month, the rest of the month ahould be pretty easy to stay on track.

Hello i took a break to go on an overseas holiday. I have maintained my weight but am ready to start losing again. The things to factor in this month is we are looking at buying a new house, and parents are coming to visit, so not sure how my weight will go but i aim to be as healthy as possible.

To get into a regular exercise routine does wonders for me. I only do exercise that is free.

What's your BMi? I always weigh more at the doctors. My gp says a BMi of 25.0 is average. Weigh yourself in the morning after you go to the toilet. Also check your waist circumference. Wow, everyone's eating delicious meals! Love how you can lose weight while eating wholesome food. Today we had spaghetti bolegnase (with mince, puy lentils, onion, zuchinni, carrots, peas). No cheese for me.

I cook my own meals, and I just guess. I choose no cheese on top of spaghetti, no cream, better quality mince and no cream.
