For me, I try to have a decent main meal. I skip on the calories on snacks and other meals. I do recipes my kids like too. I love fish curry recipe (Margaret fulton), Chicken curry minus cream (Margaret fulton), chilli con carne with more veggies than meat (eg corn, capsicum, celery, dried mint), spaghetti bol no cheese…

Carbohydrates can be good for you eg. Brown rice, brown bread. Leave the processed stuff alone. I find varying my fruits helps me not want processed things

Just focus on getting better, then once you are well look at losing weight. No need to snack on junk food though!

I've decided to take a break this week and go to maintenance level. But continue to exercise for 20 minutes each day.

Being stuck at a plateau is really hard, especially when it's just one kg away from your goal weight!

Not doing well at all this week. I guess I have done some exercise but not much, been so tired as daughter doesn't sleep well on daycare days. Ate heaps of fattening food today and I have little motivation again to exercise. I guess it's because the scales say I weigh less than my wedding day, but my body composition…
