My husband eats like that...he claims to be healthy because of his last physical but just because his cholesterol is good now, doesn't mean it will be down the road. It's so concerning

You can do it! Just don't give up. And picking up cardio (jump roping, interval training, or running) will help you shred those pounds faster! I always take off weight and gain it back :(but this time I'm determined to make it stick with a community to help support me

Oh no, I remember how stressful it was planning my wedding! I stress eat too big time so I know just telling you to not do it won't help any.
