Yeah I've noticed that. A week a go I was on full incline walk at speed 6 for 50 minutes and 5 minutes cool down so in total 55 minutes. Treadmill shown 633 calories burned whereas fitbit 688 almost 9-10% extra. When I got 1247 calorie burn the other day, I only ate back around 650 of that as I didn't want to trust fitbit.…

I had it set to very active, do you reckon I got this wrong? I have now changed this to sedentary. I will track my activity today and see if it's still giving me in incorrect calories to eat.

I am using Fitbit blaze to track my activity. The calorie burn seems to be accurate but I dont understand the negative adjustment. Am I only allowed to eat 674 calories for dinner and snack?

I average between 12k-13k. I use the same strategy as bella, get up every hour making sure i hit minimum of 250 steps but always try and do around 350-400.. I go out for 15-20min brisk walk on my lunch. On my gym days I end up with 15k-17k.
