    I belly dance.

    Generally I use a stretching routine I learned in physical therapy that hits all the major muscle groups including the core. I could write it out if you want but not sure i it would make sense to any one else. Do you want?

    My most basic always is Callanetics, before I'll work in the combination of martial arts meets gymnastics flexibility routines.
