I'm 5ft 3, I weigh 120lb and I've lost about a stone in a year with MFP. It's been a lifestyle change (started the gym February last year!) The key for me is just maintaining it now and toning up more! :)

Thank you all, it's great to get such varied feedback! I think I need to be tighter on my logging and make sure that I don't cave to cravings on Saturday nights! Hopefully my boobs will go down a few sizes too! Slow and steady I guess...

I am in! I started my diet a week ago and have a holiday lined up in May. Today is my first gym session in a long time so am hoping regular exercise will help too! :)
