I'm starting similar to you 8 months ago I was 295ish now I'm hovering around 210 Benn wanting to jog for a while now but too scared so stuck with my stationary bike now I'm happier

Yeah and I kill water but ya know I was on a tighter budget than I figured at the beginning of the month so last couple of days all I've had us ramen noodles and I hate eating them so about 2 days of nothing but noodles(proportioned at least)

That is a great idea,I've actually have been contemplating starting a garden my mother was raised in a farm and has offered to help just gotta find if or where to plant maybe hanging pots (horrible soil in the yard)

Yes...have to agree with everyone,I am down nearly 80 pounds myself and I've noticed slowing of you do find a need for excessive though you'll be surprised what exercise is like dancing or just rough housing with kids I have read a ton of post on the internet about it.

5 foot 9 inches tall just turned 20 male 212lbs was 290 (down 76 lbs)1500 now was 1200 but had negative effects after several month so I pumped it up eased up a lil on workout and back on my way to losing.
