Is it normal for weight to jump up after having only ramen noodles

You're kidding, right? Ramen noodles have more sodium in them than the Atlantic. Your body will retain water after taking in that much sodium.0
-
But more importantly, why are you ONLY eating noodles all day?0
-
1 package has about 72% of the recommended daily amount of sodium in them. Add in the sodium from other food/drink sources and I'm betting you are well over the 2300 mg recommendation for sodium. Lots of sodium = lots of water retention until your body flushes it out.0

Yeah and I kill water but ya know I was on a tighter budget than I figured at the beginning of the month so last couple of days all I've had us ramen noodles and I hate eating them so about 2 days of nothing but noodles(proportioned at least)0
