I found it super easy to put on weight buy eating bread with at least 2 meals a day or as a snack, also any unhealthy vegan snacks, pesto !! Maybe eat an early dinner and a late dinner and drink more fruit juice when your thirsty to get more calories in

if you get good quality green tea, that can really kick your metabolism, and drinking hot drinks also makes you feel full so that might be an option :)

I you drink 8 glasses of water a day you will lose the weight (water weight) in that amount of time. but that only applies if you havent already been staying hydrated :)
