None. I’m a fan of adding, not subtracting. So if I wanted hummus, I would also have a turkey sandwich, or turkey roll ups, with a cut up pepper, tomato’s, pretzels AND 2 tablespoons of hummus. Enough that I can I have the taste, but plenty of other stuff to make me feel satiated.

Please feel free to add me. 1495 calorie goal. Open diary. I’ve been on here pretty consistently for about 3 years. I’m in the beginning of switching from tracking calories to tracking macros (which still measures out to the same about of calories). We will see how that goes.

@peaceout_aly That’s a terrific question! I do a ton of abs in Pilates, on and off the reformer. But it is really repetitive because I am always practicing for a test. Open diaries for ideas, support for when we are off track, etc As far as macros vs calories, I’m referring to counting macros (which yes, do add up to a specific calorie count). But I’m more interested in tweaking my eating around (what I believe) my macros should be and seeing how the change in the balance of my food…

I listen while I drive.. So not sure if they will work for you. But... I liked Girl On A Train, Gone Girl, The Maze Runner, Replay, Flash Forward, The First 15 Lives of Harry. I also heard The Fold, The Girl With All The Gifts and Pretty Girls - All three were pretty darn disturbing.

Please count me in and add me to the group. I searched for it, but couldn't find it. This group is exactly what I am looking for :) I am 45 with one amazing daughter. I started at 168 and then started logging around 164/163. Today I weigh 147.2, about 3 months later.
