I am new to this group and am struggling with weight gain and consistency in my tracking my food and working out. I am inspired by the will and motivation in this community and thank you for a great start to my day ! Chloe

I am just coming home from a long day..my goal is to stay within my calories tonight when I get home and not binge from exhaustion and feeling overwhelmed at work.

I am also struggling and the weight has really piled on. It is not every day..I feel so in control on the days I don't and so sad and bad when I do. I have found the days I track everything through mfp, I don't binge. I binge now when I don't record so my intention is to track before I eat so I stay in control.

Each time I felt stress today I said to myself I am fine and I am going to stay on plan..I probably said that 20 times to myself and I am grateful to say I am going upstairs to brush my teeth and I did not go over my calories !

On the days I have tracked and wrote in my journal I have lost..an equal number of days I did not and I gained. So one month after starting I am at the same number. So sad. I need to not turn to food with my crazy work stress. I feel ten times as bad when I do and I an so embarrassed with how I look. I have to take control…

Actually I am goi ng to jump in Me 4 Lns 0 Streak 4 I don't remember the last time I went 4 days without overeating at night Goal no eating after dinner Monday thru Friday and no eating after 9 pm on the weekend. Going to brush my teeth right now !!

Will you be starting a new challenge forNovember? This is exactly what I need I joined mfp on Monday and have had a great 4 days. I am waiting for a full week to pass before i weigh in. Will be excited to join this group. Up to now, late night snacking has been my downfall !

I am in ! Currently 164: Goal wait 124. 10 weeks until January 1, 2 pounds a week could get me down to 144 by new years..that would be amaze. This is day 3 for me and logging in my food before I eat it is making all the difference..and when I don't overeat I feel more energetic about working out so I have been at the gym…
