I'm not a fan of diet soda it taste funny to me. I don't really feel bad about missing out on soda, if I feel like I need some I will have a cup. I'm not going to cut it out forever. Everything in moderation. Right now I'm happy drinking my water and crystal light. Maybe if I go out to eat or something. :) thanks everyone

Because I don't really have a drink of choice anyways. Also I was already going out to eat so I really didn't want to pile on the calories. In any case I did peach vodka and soda water which was only 70 calories. I stayed under my calorie goal for the day and had an awesome time! I would say it was a win! :)

I wasn't asking what alcohol was best for weight loss? I was asking what alcohol had the lowest calories in it. I realize it's "empty calories." Duh. Everything in moderation my friend.

Well I barely drink ever maybe once every six months so I'm not too worried about it hurting my weight long term or constantly. :)

I had two pieces! A kit Kat and a Reese's! Also I had pizza for dinner! But still managed to stay way way under my calorie goal. I work nights also and it really screws me up when I have a bunch of days off in a row, because then my eating times change and I feel like sometimes I eat an extra meal.

Thanks guys! Great tips about working out extra that day and also cutting it in half. The weekly calories makes a lot more sense as well. Everyone is so nice and helpfull. :)

It's not that I have trouble falling asleep, I've been doing it a year and a half, I'm usually exhausted by the time I get home. I just can't sleep long because I have to get up with the kids. I think that my lack of sleep def does help with my weight loss!

Yes I have black out curtains! I just can't sleep much because I have to get up with the kids. Changing shifts right now is not possible as I work at a hospital. It sucks as far as eating goes though!
