Iam 5' 4" I weight 140 but was always around 120 even after my three children. I am 43 and have been gaining and not doing much of anything with fitness or nutrition. I am ready to start today!!0

i am personally more into healthy eating..and very lazy with my excercise schedule. but reading ur posts of burning 500 plus calories a day...woooaaahh.. it inspires me to move my butt0

This is tough. I need to get through these first few days of cravings! I have 3 little kids at home and their food around the house doesn't help me! Need to get rid of the Halloween candy! I have kept up with 3 days of exercise a week since Sept but have lost no weight...that is why there food diary and counting calories is so important!0

i'm 35 and our kids r 9 And 3 i have 36pounds to lost started back this week to eating 1200 calories daily and 30/40mins exercise 4times a week.weigh in tomorrow night at my slim group(wee slim together) fingers crossed i dont be disappointed with the results a pound or 2 would be lovely0

hey penny.. i dont know if i am doing the correct thing but i wt myself daily... but i do it at the same time of day in my innerwear.. it keeps me inspired, but the thing is i dont expect much , even if the scale moves in three days, i am happy.. keep in mind dont be disheartened if u weigh a kg or half more when ur mensurating period is near..that may just be due to water retention..
i am toooo much tempted towards my weighing scale..i may even step on machine again after writing to u..lol

OK, so I'm 58 years old, 5' tall, and the heaviest I've ever been at 125 pounds. I want to lost at least 15 pounds, and develop healthier eating habits (even though I can leave sugary sweets alone, I'm a carb junkie). The scales have been creeping up for too long... time to get myself under control!0
