right there with you all! I was so drawn to the sweets and chocolates in quarantine and gained some weight/inches to where I don't feel as confident or good in my clothing, so here's to getting back on track and realing it in!! :wink:

I started a daily yoga practice by using "Yoga With Adriene" videos on YouTube. Her videos helped me so much with my physical and mental health, and now I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher! I highly recommend Yoga With Adriene, yoga and her videos changed my life!

I log my coffee, because I feel like it helps me cut back on caffeine and I will drink less if I am logging it. I definitely log the milk or creamer because those calories add up.
