I did it for a year, it was hard but it did work, I lost over a around 2 stone, I lost alot of muscle and I found myself low on energy, in all honesty, it worked as an easy weightloss and helped me get to where I am today, but i definitely prefer the healthier eating and gym plan than the 5:2!

I found eating was my downfall, I wouldn't eat a lot but what I did eat was completely wrong. have you looked into IIFYM (if it fits your macro's) not everyone likes to do it that way but for me if works perfectly, you can still enjoy certain foods you like within reason but it has actually changed how I look at food and…

thanks for the comments! Yeah I get what you mean about toning. I basically mean I want to lower my body fat percentage and gradually increase my muscle mass. I will have a look at the reports you suggested. Thank you :)

Grenade carb killa bars are amazing! Cookies and cream. About 23 grams of protein but low carb and low fat. Very filling and perfect for when you are craving chocolate! Xxx
