I have found in the past that having an END goal is no good to me. As with many i reach that goal and think thats it ive done it and i can move on. So this time i have no END goal i just have a life goal and that is to live a healthier fitter life than i did before, If that means losing weight, recomposition, maintenance i…

ive lost 34 pounds this year and want to lose another 6pounds, then spend the rest of the year gaining more muscle and getting that beach body look.

Hi, I havent read all of the replies but from your OP i think i get where you are coming from. ( i could be totally wrong) If you say that you did x amount of reps it makes you feel good, If you log only the food to keep you on the right side it makes you feel good. just because the figures you see in front of you are what…

3 mile run completed today and the new addition to my exercise seems to be working on getting me closer to my goal. I have had the slightest of losses but im happy that the scale is moving again, These last couple of pounds are hanging on for life

Just a general question/rant lol.... Why is it that when you are dieting people always say how much weight you have lost and ohh you dont need to lose any more OR how much more have you got to lose? Does anyone else find this annoying? They were not bothered before my weight loss why do they feel the need to judge on how…

hi everyone, i havent been on the boards for a while due to having eye problems, but today i had laser eye surgery to reduce the pressure in my eyes so hopefully i will be getting back to normal really soon. @bluepoppies777 There may be a few bumps in the road but you can make it one step at a time. You are doing a great job . Just keep going forwards and you WILL get there.

@Rachel0778 well done on the weight loss. @jkhoffe ive had a stupid cold for the last couple of days :( hope your feeling better soon well i have learnt a few things this month with all my calorie changes and macro matching, and that is that i now know what my maintenance calories are. I can eat pretty much what i want and…

As some of you know i have been playing with my macros etc for the last few weeks and it seems i have found my maintenance range, i am really happy with the amount that i can eat to stay a healthy weight, BUT i also REALLY REALLY want these last few pounds gone, I totally agree @Rachel0778 mine are vanity pounds too …

@bluepoppies777 i wish it was true but i have only just got to the "normal" weight range and the calculations say im 14% body fat and i just know that isnt right lol
-
Hi everyone, i hope you have all had a great weekend. Does anyone know a good way to work out your body fat% ? I have been on a few sites but it keeps giving me a low figure so i think i must be doing something wrong

Good morning everyone and Happy Friday  NSV for me today 2 inch loss from waist, 1 inch from hips and 1 inch from thighs yayyy. @FitEqualsSmile good idea to take a few days off if your injured, i am having a rest day today after suffering with high optical pressure last night :disappointed: @CariTJR glad you are…

@ngolden3320 a dojo is a martial arts training room. well done to you and your girls for going to the self defense class, That's awesome.
-
I popped in to the dojo this evening and it was empty so i decided to start the C25K and did better than i thought i would. it was only running around in circles but at least its a start, Then one of my friends walked in and asked me to do a workout session with her so i ended up doing another weighted punching workout OMG…
-
well i have just had a strength and core kickboxercise class and managed to up the weights i use. It might not seem like much but if you try punching constantly for 2 minute sets with 2kg weights in each hand you soon feel it, and after 1 hour you know you have had a good work out. @ngolden3320 what a great reason to set a…

@karina0679 in my opinion if it is something that you already know you can not stick to on a long term plan then why bother. This should be the start of a new way of life, not a diet, or a fad. I take each day as it comes, fit it in with my calories and eat what i like to eat. If i cant have something i want it all the…
