Another great day. After some core and strength training i did some work outside and managed to get a bit of a sun tan :sunglasses: yet another lovely day today although the forecast for the rest of the week is pants :neutral: of to the gym again soon i think i might do some leg work. It has been like a summers day here today so I managed to get lots of things done outside again, meaning that I am under on my calories and made up for yesterdays naughtiness :wink: I am not doing to great on matching my macros at the minute but i will continue to try, Just taking it one step at a time :smiley:

Rachel - well done on the loss. i am sticking to what MFP set me at as its been working as far as the calories are concerned and the macros are 50% carbs, 30% fat, 20% protein. I can always match the carbs but i do struggle with hitting my protein so any suggestions on how to bump that up would be appreciated :)

Im thinking of trying something new next week. I have managed to increase my calories and continue to lose weight at a steady pace so the next thing is to try and eat a bit healthier. I am going to try and stay within my calories and match my macros. Macros are something ive not bothered with before so wish me luck :wink:

Its raining here today so not really a garden day. I have managed to get a few bits of ironing done, but im not quite sure what to do with the rest of my day. Its amazing how much you can change your daily routine within a few months, I can no longer just sit around, i NEED to be busy. Oh well at least i have the gym later…
