Hi everyone, welcome to the newcomers. Dana - my son has just turned 17 and has just got his provisional driving license, we are just in the process of booking his lessons but they cost so much, i think they should learn in school :) Rachel - the gym i go to has a great core group and it certainly does help with the…

That would be a difficult thing for people to comment on as everyone with IBS may have different triggers, My triggers are onion and pasta so i avoid at all costs, other people will be spices etc I would suggest you think about what triggers your IBS and try to find recipes that work for you. Not much help really Sorry

No i am playing with my calories. I have a fitbit that puts me at active but i was set to sedentary. I changed my settings on here and it gave me more calories but i get less burn from exercise if that makes sense. I am trying it out for a couple of weeks to see what difference it makes. This week its a loss thankfully,…

if your app is already synced to mfp then no you dont need to add it again or you will get double the amount. I personally think of walking as something i do to keep me healthy and do not eat back those calories. If i do extra exercise i would only eat back a small amount of those calories as the estimated burn tends to be…

new calorie update = after 7 days on my new calories aiming for 1590 I have managed to average 1400 calories per day before exercise. which is 200 more per day than what i was eating in previous weeks. and i am pleased to say I have lost 1lb this week. The only difference in exercise is that i have walked more but done…

The only time i measure is if i have had a significant amount of time with no weight loss. But you will need a base line in order to know if things are working. If you are not ready to measure then DON'T. I carefully look at why my weight loss as slowed, could it be TOM, to much salt, to many carbs, extra exercise causing…

Nichole have you measured yourself recently, Sometimes that is a better judge on how things are going. You are doing absolutely brilliant so keep up the great work. You've got this !!!

Nichole @ngolden3320 Happy Friday, well done on only having 2 bites :) im not sure i could do that. For tight muscles I would normally go for a slow walk trying to take longer steps than normal to stretch the muscles out or if you can not get out to walk sit with your legs straight and flex your feet up and down slowly…
