I have given quite a lot of thought about what to give up for lent and to be honest i have already given up so much so that i can achieve a healthier lifestyle and diet SO I am planning on NOT giving up I am not giving up on myself I am not giving up on my diet. ummmm... well I had my 2 pancakes with the intention of doing some exercise.... that didnt happen :blush: but i only went over my calories by about 200 so i can cope with that. I can easily get rid of that over the next day or two. Welcome to the newbies :smiley: feel free to add me if you like.

@CariTJR i have just worked out that 1 british pancake with squeezed orange and sugar is approx 200 calories each. I think i can fit 1 or 2 in if i do a kickboxing class tomorrow... it would be so worth it :wink: and well done on your run :)

This is not a short term thing for me, its my new life style. I have chocolate most days, i just make it fit my calories. I couldn't imagine never having it so it needs to fit my new life choices.
