Thanks again everyone. My doctor advised me to drink more water, take a vitamin, change my diet and lose more weight. And of course to keep taking my meds. Thanks everyone. This didn't start until I started taking my high blood pressure meds. One of the effects is swelling, which I hate because I feel like it's adding to the weight gain. And I am nursing so I can't take water pills. The doctor said once I stop nursing, she'll prescribe me something else.

Thank you all. I am 5'5 and weigh 187 now. I thought that nursing would help me some but I was constantly hungry. I'm paying for it now, but I will get back on track. I'm hoping to get back to 150 real soon. I've been really struggling. I figured walking would be much suitable for me.
