No I'm not in recovery. Thanks for the advice, I always thought you had to gain some fat and then turn that into muscle. So are they like verified programs? I like the idea of mixing the protein powder with hot chocolate...I love hot chocolate! Plus, I'm getting a little bored of the protein shakes and don't feel like having a mega shake EVERY day, so I will be trying this. Leaving out the coffee though...not a lover of coffee :smile:

Sorry guys I didn't actually mention I am trying to gain weight...my daily goal is 2540+ calories. I think I'd probably find it easier if I were trying to cut down, instead I'm needing to fit more food (or at least higher calorie meals) in, not enough hours in my day lol.

That's what I tried to do but when you type certain foods in there are so many different listed items for 'roast beef' with similar quantities and totally different calorie counts...I just gave up :neutral: again, I am terrible at guessing weight however I think I coupd get better o er time using this app. :smile:

Not regular no, but I do have the odd bout of a couple days or a weekend of being busy out and about. Although when buying food to eat on the go you can can simply scan it in (more often than not) it's just the going for a meal thing. It's only been a week though I will see how I've coped in 3 weeks time :lol:

Water just isn't particularly delicious. Have you ever heard a person be like "omg this water tastes AMAZING!" Lol. I don't think it tastes bad though and it's rather refreshing at times. Now....if you add a few slices of cucumber to it...that's some good tasting water B)

I guess it would depend on your individual metabolism/diet/lifestyle etc. Plus personally I've never tried to lose before. What I can definitely agree with however, is that YES gaining flamin sure is HARD!! Who would have thought lol
