I use Evolve WPI, very low sugar, low carb, tastes really good (vanilla), beware of protein powders loaded with sugar

I usually have sweet potato and chicken breast, for weight sessions I usually drink 40g of whey protein and maybe 20g of fast absorbing carb powder. You basically want some protein and carbs, probably more carbs than protein if it's running, vice versa for weight training. I'm no expert though, maybe someone can chime in?

Yeah apparently it's better to drink the water you boil veggies in than to eat the actual veggies! Microwaves are great, I steam most of the veggies I eat in a microwave as someone pointed out its the healthiest way to cook them.

Healthy fats aren't bad, so don't be scared to snack on nuts. Avocado with your breakfast, an extra egg in your omelette. Smoothies are another good way to get your calories up, make a huge smoothie and have it between meals. If you're not getting enough protein in your diet then a good protein powder might do the trick.

It's definitely a challenge, and a very slow process. Just try your best and use this app religiously, its such a good tool to hold yourself accountable for those extra calories.
