It's just how we are taught? Depending on the fruit or veggie you eat, determines the size you are allowed. 1/4c 1/2c 1c ect. I'm guessing they do it for simplicity ?

The protein I have to weigh , fruit and vegetables I have to use measuring cups

I do have to use a good scale to weigh my protein . A fistful is my general gage for what portion size I can generally have but I do have to weigh it

I was you a year ago. I needed to find a way to be accountable . I was good at making excuses! I joined a weightloss clinic for awhile. I learned a lot, the weight came off, and I didn't celebrate it by eating. I found other ways to celebrate. I'm now doing big on my own and don't let myself make excuses anymore. You can…

Iced coffee- no classic syrup, sf caramel syrup,2tbs heavy whipping cream. About 100 calories. (I don't count the cream, it's my fat portion for the day) no sugar, low carb

I have about 10lbs left and I've been stuck since November . My weight goes up an down 2 lbs. I have started exercising more so I'm wondering if my body is just rebelling
