I done 30DS a few years ago each morning. It’s hard but the results were brilliant! Not so much in Lbs but in measurements and toning up! Really worth dining but have a plan for when the 30 days are up too!

I've done this occasionally but need to commit to giving it some effort! I love to cook but I like to eat what I fancy on the day and things normally go waste! I'm going to prep for 3 days this week :)

Thanks :) I think I may have set my calorie target too low as I don't seem to have room to budget for treats really which I imagine is not ideal!
