    My favorites are green smoothies:

    1. Tightly pack 2 cups of leafy greens in a measuring cup and then toss into blender.
    2. Add 2 cups of water and blend together until all leafy chunks are gone.
    3. Add 3 cups of fruit and blend again until smooth.
    4. Pour into a mason jar (or cute cup of your choice).
    5. Gulp or sip like a rawkstar!
    6. Depending on how many calories I have to work with, I go low on fruit and use coconut water.
When I need more protein, I use soy milk, protein powder, hemp seeds, or chia seeds.

    My go to smoothie:
81g frozen spinach ( I buy the nuggets from Walmart)
    1/2 c. frozen blueberries
    1/4 c. plain greek yogurt
1 scoop protein powder (I use Dynawhey Strawberry Kiwi)
    1 tsp. benefiber
1 tsp. matcha green tea powder
    1 Tbsp. chia seeds
    bit of water for mixing
It fits my Magic Bullet perfectly and I normally drink this for lunch every day. I am never hungry before dinner.

I miiight mix in some cooked sweet potato in my vanilla powder/almond milk shake tonight. With cinnamon and nutmeg. Why is this sounding so delicious? Pumpkin spice season, I guess.

Yesterday was my first time trying out smoothies and I was so in love with it! (I hate yoghurt, but if you don't, you can substitute half of it with yoghurt, but it was still thick and creamy even with just milk. I also used normal milk, so if you substituted for low-fat, you would probably end up with lower calories).
