I'd say take very small bits of junk food regularly and wash it with water. I have the same with sweets and doritos. You won't crave it as much that way and you'll still be able to stay under your calory goal.

You should really keep eating a little more. I've been through this myself and it brings a lot of health problems :(
-
Well my lowest weight was 55kg. That's when my mind was in a dark place and I stopped eating altogether for a while. I still didn't look the way I wanted to look, so now I'm trying to reach a lower weight while still eating. Hopefully my hips will disapear..

Not all of my pears are that big of course, but 2kg was the largest one I've had this year. I think I ate that one about a month ago. I wish I had taken a picture of it on the scale now haha

Looking forward to Star Wars :D

Nice outfit :)

They are quite impressive. I don't know if anyone in my family ever took pictures, but I haven't. And pear season is pretty much over for me. I'll take some pics next year if I remember haha

I didn't do that on purpose. If I type in more than I actually eat I will think I ate more and cut down on snacks at the end of the day. So far I've stayed well under my calory limit everyday that way.

Thank you!

I'm trying to cut on sugar, but it's only been a few days since I started. I have to slowly get used to it. Aside from that I'm not too worried. I have maintained the same weight for 7 years while I'm sure I overdosed on sweets. My body seems to handle sugar pretty well. My brother is underweight and eats more sugar than I…

Most of my homegrown fruits are ridiculous in size and weight. I must be doing something right.

True. I shouldn't have had the energy drink. I'm a caffaine addict though, so sometimes I just need one. That's a problem on my part.

80g. That must be one tiny little pear. Mine go up to 2kg. It's a very healthy tree :p

I weighed the pear and according to this app, it had 60g of sugar in it. It's homegrown and sweeter than supermarket pears, so that could be right. It's just that I love fruit and if I only have half of it, the rest will probably spoil. I'm very neurotic about not wasting food.
-
I feel a bit conflicted. I absolutely love fruit, but if I'm going by the app's guidelines I could only have half a piece of fruit a day :(

I didn't expect my weight to be less at all. I didn't expect it to be more either. I didn't know about fluctuation. I haven't been on a scale in 7 years (since I was 14) because I'm always scared of what I see, so I don't have a sense of what's normal. The difference between 72kg and 74kg seems a lot, but if that's a…

I have been tested for both blood pressure and iron. I've been tested for iron when I was a teenager, when I was pregnant, after my son was born and recently. Oddly enough the only time when my iron levels were perfect was when I was pregnant. I've been tested for blood pressure after my son was born because that's when I…

I have to be careful with liquorice. I only like the really salty ones, so I shouldn't have too much of those. I guess I could spare €50 if I cut back on fruit and ask about the rest. Isn't all cheese bad for a diet though?
