Today my jeans were dragging on the floor so much that they nearly tripped me up. I realised it is because my fat *kitten* isn't quite so fat and my jeans are falling down! Yay me :)

I aim for 45 gross - no rice, potatoes, pasta, pulses, bread or sugar/honey. NEVER thought I'd hear myself say that! :wink:

I suck on a square of 85% chocolate and really savour it. I never want more than two or three as there's so much cacao in it that it satisfied my craving with less.

I made some this afternoon. 4 tbsp coconut oil 4 tbsp butter 4 tbsp dessicated coconut 2 tbsp cocoa power Tiny pinch stevia Made 20 and I've already polished off two ;)

If one chooses not to eat meat and fish, one is a vegetarian. Regardless of motivation, or interest in health or any other issues.

Only you can be responsible for what you eat. It's not fair to expect him to follow your eating patterns if he doesn't need/want to. What you should be able to expect is that he supports your eating decisions and doesn't try to tempt you with his eating choices. If your finding it hard to stick to your meal choices when…
