Looks like a lot of people aren't posting here anymore. I've been at this since the new year and have lost 5lbs from 150lbs without really watching my diet. I'll be logging my exercise on an app from now on. It was nice being on this journey with everyone! :smiley:

Day 21 cardio. :smile: Told myself I shoveled too much today, and I deserved a break. I went back and forth with myself on this day and pushed myself to exercise anyway.

Day 17 done. Strength training. Going through a stressful situation and procrastinated exercising until now. Got it done though. I kinda thought to myself that it's easy to miss 1, then 2, and so on until I'm just not exercising again. I'm going try to exercise first thing I wake up, so I'm not putting it off again.

Yea. It must have been very disheartening for them. :( It's always hard to see a contestant go home, but it seems like they're doing a good job at home, too! Also, the password is removed when the room opens at 8:55pm. :smile: You don't need one. I was late yesterday, so it opened just as the show started. Sorry about that.

Yay! :) Good job. You're almost at that 30 day mark! I started a bit before Christmas too but totally just started counting when the challenge started. Darn it!
