Is it too late to join? I've had a pretty good month so far, but I don't want to fall back on old (bad) habits. Would love some additional accountability!0

Day 21 cardio.
Told myself I shoveled too much today, and I deserved a break. I went back and forth with myself on this day and pushed myself to exercise anyway.0 -

This past week was somewhat of a challenge, but made myself workout daily….
Mon - chest, back & arms/50 mins
Tues - Leslie Sansone 3 mile Fat Burning Walk/36 mins
Wed – energize cardio & chisel abs/50mins
Thurs – Legs & shoulders/50 mins
Friday – Kickboxing & Stretching /50 mins
Sat - Leslie Sansone 5 mile Fat Burning Walk/60 mins
Water drinking was met for Monday - Sunday

Tuesday - No Workout for my 1yo kept getting up in the night
Wednesday - P90x3 Agility
Today - P90x3 Yoga
When I did P90X, I only did Yoga X once with it being 90 minutes long, but now with P90x3, I've tried to do Yoga each week for it does help with flexibility, balance and strength. I am terrible at it, but getting better.0 -
