  • Thx. I have been at this for 2 weeks with remaining surplus of calories daily. I have not lost anything. Scales say I have gained a lb. So discouraged.

  • Currently at 4:11 pm my app shows following: Goal 1200 - Food 1039 + Exercise 81 (from step calorie adjustment) = Remaining 242 If nothing else changes, I should lose weight due to the fact I have calories remaining. CORRECT?

  • okay. So today after my workout at Orange Theory i will enter only the calories i burned and hopefully have 1/3 of those calories still "Remaining" in my "Diary" calculation. The calories my Microsoft Band is telling me I burn throughout the day is being accounted for already by Myfitnesspal according to my profile…
  • I said I had a Fitbit but was using that name in general. I actually have a Microsoft Band. Any idea how to enter daily calories? It requires entering 'seconds' for duration of workout. I guess I'll just turn 24 hrs into seconds. I don't think it will allow that many digits.
