Goal
I have a Microsoft Fitness Band. It tells me I regularly burn 1500-1600 calories in a 24 hour period. Should I keep my daily calorie Goal 1200 per MFP????

Exercise Entries
I have MFP set up for 'step calorie adjustment'. I have a Microsoft Band that gives me daily calorie burn. Do I enter that calorie burn as a Cardio exercise? Separate from my actual cardio from my workout. My actual workout cardio is from a heart rate monitor that the gym provides so I enter that separately.

Activity Level
I sit for 8 hours a day at work. I try to walk around every 30 mins but still i have a desk job. After work i am acitve with dog and yard stuff and workout daily. Would everyone agree my profile activity should show sedentary???? Or should i go with Lightly Active????

Excercise Calories
Why would One want to add exercise calories to the total burn calories calculation? It seems that adding those calories back defeats the purpose of trying to burn them.
