I think I will be throwing my bag of coconut flour away, it doesn't have a very nice texture in anything! It's like eating sand. Thanks for all your ideas though and I found some xanthan gum.

I think "wow" is the best word I can find to sum up my thoughts. You look bloody amazing! I hate using the word inspiring, as I feel it is used so often and is so corny. But seeing what you've achieved is great motivation. Congratulations all the way from over here in New Zealand :-).

My midwife gave me a printout that helped. In my case I was obese, so I tried to lose a little weight. I lost a bit, then gained a bit, ended up weighing about 8lbs under prepregnancy weight after I had the baby.

You could double what you are eating and still lose weight. I eat more than you and still lose weight. I'm 4'11" and weigh less than half of what you do. Where's all your protein and fat? Aren't you insanely hungry??

I just wanted to say you look amazing, I can see you made some massive changes in your body. I can see how you didn't like how you looked before - but that yo most people you looked "fine".
