None of my clothes fit anymore and I just didn't feel like "me". Started to not recognize who I saw in the mirror.

Consistently staying under my calorie goal and becoming more active. Not worried specifically about the number of pounds within the one month but a steady decrease of at least 1-2lbs a week would be great.

Try a detox or colon cleanse to help with the belly area. Eliminating excess waste can help flatten your stomach as well as shed a few pounds. Also you should add in more antioxidants into your diet such as blueberries.
