It's my totm yes but I don't usually gain weight around that time, so I guessed why would this time be any different? I ruled it out. And no, same eating habits since I started and same exercises.

How can I know for sure if it's actual weight gain or muscle mass or water weight? I'm really confused I'm considering stopping working out if it's making me gain weight.

That was my first body composition test about 2 weeks ago. I haven't gotten a second one yet.

I workout too, I burn about 400-800, cardio + weight lifting My diary is open.

1200 is my goal, and I'm always under my goal with about 600-500 calories, sometimes more. The occasional pizza, or icecream, once a week though, nothing huge.

Well, if the second workout doesn't involve lifting weights? If it's mainly cardio/HIIT, would that count as training the muscle twice a day as well?

Yeah I do lift for about 30-40 minutes also, in addition to the cardio.
