So I've a few questions. Firstly, it's been said that running wipes our your butt completely? For a girl, this makes me a bit scared, I do love running but if it truly does make you flatter, then hell no. It's been a month, why?
So I started dieting/exercising about a month ago, and I was exactly 55.6 kg now I'm about 56.2 or so, I am pushing myself so hard, while eating clean and having a cheat day every week, why am I gaining weight? Is it muscle? Is it fat? I really don't know but I'm honestly trying so hard!

How many calories would this burn?
So if I do 10 x 4 of each of these different types of squats: narrow squat, narrow squat with back kick, basic squat, basic squat with leg lift, and sumo squat, with an 11 lbs dumbbell.. I currently weigh 123 lbs.

Working out twice a day?
Is it safe and effective or not? I go to the gym, do weight training + cardio and I thought about starting working out at home too, after my gym session, with the blogilates calendar if any of you know it. Is it okay or I'm gonna mess everything up?

Treadmill or elliptical?

Which do you guys think is more effective? I'm not aiming for massive gains, all I want is to tone up/lose a few pounds. So I'm really tied up between whether to workout at home, and like jog outdoors or to go to the gym daily? Which would make better results?

Is rest day important?
I'm a beginner, and today is gonna be my fifth day of going to the gym. I was wondering, if it's absolutely necessary to take a rest day? And if so, just one or should I take two? Also, would a cheat meal completely ruin what I'm doing? And should it be on the rest day or...? Completely helpless

Is it possible to gain muscle/burn fat at the same time?
See, I'm a beginner with lots of free time so it's my 3rd day on hitting the gym and I plan on continuing. However, I'm really confused about what to eat? Should I eat below my calories intake?
