How many calories would this burn?


So if I do 10 x 4 of each of these different types of squats: narrow squat, narrow squat with back kick, basic squat, basic squat with leg lift, and sumo squat, with an 11 lbs dumbbell..
I currently weigh 123 lbs.

    Click on "EXERCISE", which is in the blue bar at the top of your screen. Search for "strength training" and then enter the time spent doing your workout. The calculator will give you an estimate of your calories. Keep in mind that this is an estimate.

    I always under estimate how many calories whatever machine says I burned. They can't be 100% right. If it says I burne 400 calories, I assume it was more like 200 or 250.
