How many calories would this burn?

So if I do 10 x 4 of each of these different types of squats: narrow squat, narrow squat with back kick, basic squat, basic squat with leg lift, and sumo squat, with an 11 lbs dumbbell..
I currently weigh 123 lbs.

I always under estimate how many calories whatever machine says I burned. They can't be 100% right. If it says I burne 400 calories, I assume it was more like 200 or 250.0
